WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Lead Brand Business Planner joins the APLA Brand Business Planning team, reporting to the Director of Brand Business Planning. They work across Finance, Business Planning, Operations, and Enterprise Business Planning, partnering closely with Territory and GEO teams. Together, this team powers the monthly Operational Planning process and fuels aligned, insight‑driven forecasting.

You’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
5+ years of experience in retail planning and/or product management
Strong command of retail metrics including Retail Sales, Sell‑Through %, Weeks of Supply, Inventories (marketplace + DC), Revenue, and Margin; ability to manipulate data efficiently
Exceptional communication, analytical rigor, relationship‑building ability, and a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work in Beaverton, OR
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the monthly Operational Planning engine for APLA—turning data, insights, and evolving targets into aligned, multi‑season forecasts. You’ll be the connective tissue across GEO, Territory, Sport, and Marketplace teams, ensuring clarity in direction, accountability in decisions, and transparency in risks and opportunities.
In this role, you will:
Guide the monthly multi‑season forecasting process across Sport and Marketplace teams, setting clear strategic direction
Drive the central risk and opportunities process, ensuring tight linkage between the rolling forecast and enterprise planning frameworks
Lead GEO and Territory forecasting reviews to align teams and surface critical insights
Partner with Planning Enablement to optimize o9 planning tools and capabilities
Deliver insights to Enterprise Business Planning to enhance visibility and inform key trade‑off decisions
Coordinate reporting with Performance Operations and cross‑functional partners to track results and future projections
